Refund policy

At Sillage Circle, we take great care in inspecting, authenticating, and describing every bottle we list. However, as we deal in pre-owned and returned fragrances, we ask that you read each listing carefully before purchasing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Eligible for return:

• The item does not match its description (condition, fill level, batch code, or authenticity)
• The item arrives damaged due to shipping

Also eligible (change of mind):

• The item has not been opened or used
• The Sillage Circle seal or packaging is intact and undamaged
• The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Not eligible for return:

• Items that have been opened, tested, or used after delivery
• Items where the seal or our packaging has been broken
• Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable in the listing

Return shipping

• If the item does not match its description or arrives damaged, we cover return shipping costs.
• If you changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sillagecircle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
