Shipping policy

We currently ship within Switzerland and to selected European countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Switzerland

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance

International shipping (EU and selected countries)

• Delivery times vary by destination: typically 3–7 business days
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply

Packaging

Every bottle is carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage in transit. We use protective materials appropriate for fragrance bottles.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@sillagecircle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
